    岗位职责:
    1. 根据高研院战略发展规划,负责搭建完善技术研发平台,建立并完善技术研发体系,规范研发平台的日常管理;
    2. 指导技术研发平台制定实施研发方案,结合研发进展建立技术转化阶段性目标和时间节点,汇总分析数据结果,定期总结汇报进展,整理撰写研发输出资料;
    3. 负责技术研发平台项目目标分解、任务分配等工作,监督并指导研发人员制定和执行工作计划,协助其解决项目实施过程中遇到的困难,审核并监管研发流程以及研发平台承担的合作开发/验证协议中的技术条款;
    4. 负责技术研发平台项目的创新及推广,了解最新研发技术动态,对研发中的创新成果保持敏感,建立健全相应的管理评估机制,加快研发成果转化与输出;
    5. 协助相关部门开展市场拓展及合作洽谈,合理设计预算管理、成本核算、方案报价等,有效促进研发平台现有产品及技术服务的市场培育、拓展及推广,不断升级优化现有产品,进一步推动未来的成果转化和科研合作;
    6. 注重团队培养与分工合作,共享知识技术体系,提升整体科研水平,定期组织开展研讨会、交流会等,分享创新研发技术动态,互相学习,分析解决技术研发问题;
    7. 完成上级领导安排的其他工作。

    任职要求:
    1.具备分子生物学、医学、免疫学等相关专业博士及以上学历;
    2. 3年及以上工作经历,熟悉掌握动物药理药效、分子生物学检测、蛋白纯化等各项实验,具有高校科研、CRO企业工作经验者优先考虑;
    3. 具备卓越的团队管理和项目管理能力,有丰富的科研经验和良好的学术背景有一定项目管理经验或研发团队参带领经验者为佳;
    4.具备出色的沟通技巧和跨部门协调能力,了解国际前沿科学发展趋势,积累有一定的行业资源;
    5.具备敏锐的市场洞察能力及前沿科学技术探索能力,为人诚信、敬业、团结,具有高度的责任心和创新精神;

    工作职责:
    1. 负责抗体发现技术平台搭建及运营管理,带领团队建立稳定高效的基于杂交瘤、单B细胞培养/筛选、抗体库等技术的抗体发现平台;
    2. 负责单克隆抗体研发与推进,不限于建库、筛选、质粒构建等;
    3. 承接内外项目,负责安排、制定项目实验方案、收集与查询国内外科研文献、指导并监督实验方案的执行与总结,带领团队进行技术创新,确保项目及时高效推进;
    4. 带领团队完成靶点的发现与确证工作,基于新靶点设计出可以获得潜在优效的候选化合物,评估其结构与功能;

    任职要求:
    1. 免疫学、细胞生物学、生物化学、抗体工程等相关专业的博士学位,具备1年及以上抗体发现工作经验,有头部公司抗体开发经验或独立负责抗体开发项目者优先;
    2. 熟悉抗体发现阶段的平台技术,掌握丰富的免疫、抗体的文库建立与展示、单B细胞克隆及杂交瘤技术, 具备抗体人源化改造、亲和力成熟、分子克隆、细胞培养及抗体表达纯化等相关技术;
    3. 有使用自动化平台和高通量筛选仪器并应用于抗体的筛选和功能评估的经验者优先考虑;
    4. 具有出色的英文文献阅读、数据分析技能,能独立进行项目调研及方案制定;
    5. 具有发现问题、解决问题的能力,有良好的学习意愿和创新能力;

    2018年,中科南京生命健康高等研究院(以下简称高研院)中国科学院上海免疫与感染研究所与南京市麒麟科技创新园(生态科技城)开发建设管理委员会共同成立。作为南京地方事业法人单位,高研院以承载中国科学院上海免疫与感染研究所相关科研成果的产业化落地为主要目标,以打造成为中国科学院上海免疫与感染研究所南京分所为主要定位,聚焦传染病诊防治及生物医药的研发。重点开展抗体药物、新型疫苗、分子免疫诊断等方向的前沿理论与技术创新、产品创制等,推动研发及产业链高端要素汇聚,协力打造国际一流的麒麟生物医药产学研基地。

    Leading Talents Positions of Vaccinology in Nanjing Advanced Academy of Life and Health

    Shanghai Institute of Immunity and Infection Chinese  Academy of Sciences(SIII) is an independent legal person research institute directly under the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS). SIII is dedicated to enhancing preparedness and responsiveness to infectious diseases through conducting cutting-edge research and sustained translation of solutions. 

    SIII has evolved three interdisciplinary research fields that cover pathogen biology, infection and immunity, vaccinology and immune therapy, equipped with advanced technical platform and system. SIII performs fundamental research on infectious diseases with unmet medical needs, emerging/reemerging viral, bacterial, fungal and parasite infections, immune regulation in metabolic disorders, tumorigenesis and degenerative diseases.

    SIII is working closely with CAS  to address the great challenge of public health in countries along the One Belt One Road, from highly pathogenic influenza to Zika outbreaks. Joint efforts range from pathogen discovery and solutions to disease control and prevention.

    In 2018, the Nanjing Advanced Academy of Life and Health (hereinafter referred to as the NALH) was established by the Shanghai Institute of Immunity and Infection Chinese  Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Administrative Committee of Nanjing Chi-Lin Innovation Park (Eco-Tech City). As a local institutional legal entity in Nanjing, the NALH has the main goal of carrying the industrialization of the relevant scientific research achievements of the Shanghai Institute of Immunity and Infection Chinese  Academy of Sciences, with the main orientation of becoming the Nanjing branch of the Shanghai Institute of Immunity and Infection Chinese  Academy of Sciences, focusing on the research of infectious disease diagnosis and prevention and biopharmaceuticals. Possess a PhD degree and have at least 3 consecutive years of postdoctoral experience or equivalent technical R&D experience in well-known research institutions, universities or enterprises at home and abroad, with good experience in leading innovative activities and excellent academic communication skills.
