岗位职责：
1. 根据高研院战略发展规划，负责搭建完善技术研发平台，建立并完善技术研发体系，规范研发平台的日常管理；
2. 指导技术研发平台制定实施研发方案，结合研发进展建立技术转化阶段性目标和时间节点，汇总分析数据结果，定期总结汇报进展，整理撰写研发输出资料；
3. 负责技术研发平台项目目标分解、任务分配等工作，监督并指导研发人员制定和执行工作计划，协助其解决项目实施过程中遇到的困难，审核并监管研发流程以及研发平台承担的合作开发/验证协议中的技术条款；

任职要求：
1.具备分子生物学、医学、免疫学等相关专业博士及以上学历；
2. 3年及以上工作经历，熟悉掌握动物药理药效、分子生物学检测、蛋白纯化等各项实验，具有高校科研、CRO企业工作经验者优先考虑；

工作职责：

Leading Talents Positions of Vaccinology in Nanjing Advanced Academy of Life and Health

Shanghai Institute of Immunity and Infection Chinese  Academy of Sciences(SIII) is an independent legal person research institute directly under the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS). SIII is dedicated to enhancing preparedness and responsiveness to infectious diseases through conducting cutting-edge research and sustained translation of solutions. 

SIII has evolved three interdisciplinary research fields that cover pathogen biology, infection and immunity, vaccinology and immune therapy, equipped with advanced technical platform and system. SIII performs fundamental research on infectious diseases with unmet medical needs, emerging/reemerging viral, bacterial, fungal and parasite infections, immune regulation in metabolic disorders, tumorigenesis and degenerative diseases.

SIII is working closely with CAS  to address the great challenge of public health in countries along the One Belt One Road, from highly pathogenic influenza to Zika outbreaks. Joint efforts range from pathogen discovery and solutions to disease control and prevention.

In 2018, the Nanjing Advanced Academy of Life and Health (hereinafter referred to as the NALH) was established by the Shanghai Institute of Immunity and Infection Chinese  Academy of Sciences, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Administrative Committee of Nanjing Chi-Lin Innovation Park (Eco-Tech City).
